We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return and Exchange Shipping

For returns and exchanges within the United States, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to ensure a hassle-free experience.

For international returns and exchanges, kindly bear the shipping costs, as we strive to maintain the best value for you.

To ensure that every Saint Cult garment meets our esteemed standards, we conduct a meticulous quality check on all returned and exchanged items.  

 

Refunds and Store Credit

Upon successful returns, you can opt for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, redeemable on your future purchases.  

 

Exchange for Size or Style

Processing Time

We endeavor to process returns and exchanges within 5-7 business days after receiving your package although some banks may take additional time depending on their internal policy. You’ll receive an email notification once the process is complete. 

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
